Section 1 : Introduction
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and all parties are deemed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Important Notices :
Luxuwin LTD reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. When the amendments constitute a significant change, users will be notified via the email associated with their account. What constitutes a significant change will be determined by us at our sole discretion, in good faith, and with reasonable judgment. A prudent participant in a competition must:
Read the general terms and conditions;
Check the content of all available documents related to the competition and the Prize.
Seek professional advice if necessary.
The general terms and conditions assume that each host, participant, and winner has acted prudently. If you choose to participate in a competition without taking normal precautions, you do so at your own risk.
If you participate in a competition or otherwise, you agree to these general terms and conditions. They govern Luxuwin LTD’s relationship with the participant and the winner.
Luxuwin LTD does not offer any competitions in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation is illegal or would impose unfulfilled registration, qualification, publication, or approval requirements.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not in a jurisdiction where it is illegal for you to participate in or organize such competitions.
Section 2: Competition Conduct Conditions
1. The Promoter :
The promoter of all competitions is “LUXUWIN LTD” (a company incorporated in England and Wales under registration number 15850885) with its registered address at 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE.
1.1. Luxuwin LTD organizes competitions with prizes that are free from any regulation under the Gambling Act 2005, in the United Kingdom.
1.2. Although the term “draw” is often used on our platform, this is solely for marketing and search engine optimization purposes.
1.3. Given that each participant is required to answer the competition entry question upon registration, all competitions organized by Luxuwin LTD are therefore legally considered as “prize competitions” and not draws.

- How to Enter a Competition
2.1. Each competition will run from the opening date to the closing date inclusive.
- To enter a competition, each participant must select the paid entry option which requires them to :

- Pay for the number of tickets they wish to purchase using a credit or debit card.
- Ticket payments are strictly non-refundable.
- By purchasing a ticket and/or entering a competition, each participant (including the winner) agrees to be bound by these general terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
3.1. To enter a competition : A participant must not be physically located (at the time of entering a competition) in a jurisdiction where it is illegal to enter a competition; The participant must be 18 years of age or older.
The following people are not eligible to enter a competition:
- Employees or shareholders of Luxuwin LTD or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- Employees of agents or suppliers of Luxuwin LTD or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected to the competition or its administration; or
3.2. Members of the immediate families or households of those persons mentioned in points (a) and (b) above.
- By entering a competition, the participant is deemed to confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win .Luxuwin LTD may require the participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the competition.
- Luxuwin LTD will not accept competition entries that are:
Generated automatically by computer; Completed by third parties or in bulk; and/or, Altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with.
Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. Luxuwin LTD reserves the right to disqualify any host, participant, or winner if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.
4. The Prize
4.1. The prize for each competition is as stated in the details. The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable.
5. Winners
5.1. a-Each ticket containing the correct answer to the relevant competition
5.2. b- entry question will be entered into the draw for that competition.
5.3. c-At the closing date of a competition, a winner will be randomly selected by Luxuwin LTD’s automated system.
5.4. d- Luxuwin LTD’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.5. e- Luxuwin LTD will publish or make available information indicating that a valid award took place.
5.6. f-To comply with this obligation, Luxuwin LTD will publish (in accordance with the privacy policy) the name of the prize winner (as indicated in the winner’s profile) on the date of the draw.
5.7. g- On the day of the draw, Luxuwin LTD will send an email to all competition participants (as soon as possible after the draw date), using the email address associated with the user. The winner will not be contacted separately to be informed that they have won. It is each participant’s responsibility to check our platform to see if they are a winner.
5.8. h-If a participant has provided their phone number, Luxuwin LTD may, at its discretion, contact the participant to inform them if they are a winner.
6. Claiming the Prize
6.1. a. Luxuwin LTD will announce the winners on the day of the draw through its social media channels. The winner of the competition will be contacted via the provided contact information (phone number/email).
6.2. b. As stated above, the winner will not be contacted separately to be informed that they have won; therefore, each participant must check our platform to see if they are a winner.
7. Delivery/Collection
7.1. a- Delivery of the prize is not included unless otherwise stated in the details, and therefore, Luxuwin LTD and the winner must settle this matter directly between themselves.
7.2. b- If prize collection is possible, Luxuwin LTD and the winner must communicate directly to agree on a mutually convenient date and time.
7.3. c- Luxuwin LTD is required to take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure the safe exchange of the prize and must obtain all relevant shipping/collection or delivery receipts in case proof is needed in the event of a dispute.
7.4. d- In the event that Luxuwin LTD and the winner need to meet to exchange the prize, it is the responsibility of Luxuwin LTD and the winner to ensure that the winner accepts the prize on our platform at the time of the exchange.
8. Acceptance and Disputes
8.1. a. Winners will be drawn from all correct entries within 14 days following the competition’s closing date.
8.2. b. Winners will be notified via the provided email address, and prizes will be sent to the specified postal address or exchanged in person if a meeting is agreed upon between Luxuwin LTD and the winner.
8.3. c. If no contact can be established or if delivery fails despite reasonable attempts, the prize will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to offer the prize to another participant.
8.4. d. Prizes are as specified on our website and may be replaced with a prize of equivalent value at our discretion.
8.5. e. No cash alternative will be provided.
8.6. f. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
8.7. g. It is the winner’s responsibility to contact us if the prize is not received within a reasonable time.
8.8. h. Winners located outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
Prizes are provided “as is” without any warranty of quality or suitability.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1.To the extent permitted by law, Luxuwin LTD, its agents, or distributors shall not be liable to the winner or any participant to perform any duty of care and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of receiving the prize, except where caused by the negligence of Luxuwin LTD, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Profile
10.1. 1-Users are responsible for their own profiles.
10.2. 2- Each user warrants that their profile does not violate any laws or regulations or any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as trademarks.
10.3. 3- Each user agrees to indemnify and hold Luxuwin LTD harmless in case of any violation committed by that user. Each user can modify their contact details on their profile.
10.4. 4- Luxuwin LTD will not alter any contact information once a competition entry has been submitted.
11. Data Protection and Publicity
11.1. LUXUWIN will process your personal information only as stated on the Privacy Policy page of our platform. See also the paragraph in these terms and conditions regarding the announcement of winners.
12. Unacceptable Behavior
12.1. All participants (entrants and winners) must refrain from any unacceptable behavior in connection with any competition. Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:
12.2. Behavior likely to affect the enjoyment of other participants (entrants and winners);
12.3. Using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behavior towards other participants (entrants and/or winners) or Luxuwin LTD staff;
12.4. Acting in a manner that may cause or is likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury to Luxuwin LTD and other participants (entrants and/or winners) and their property;
12.5. Cyberbullying, harassment, or behavior of an intimidating or threatening nature.
12.6. Any unacceptable behavior by a participant (entrant and/or winner) will entitle Luxuwin LTD (at its sole discretion) to forfeit all rights that the participant (whether entrant and/or winner) may have accrued under the terms and conditions and/or any competition they are participating in (whether as an entrant and/or winner).
12.7. Luxuwin LTD reserves the right to remove any content and/or user from our platform without providing an explanation. Luxuwin LTD’s decision regarding unacceptable behavior is final and legally binding on all parties, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
13. Prohibited Items
13.1. The items listed on the Prohibited Items page on our platform cannot be offered as prizes.
14. General
14.1. If there are reasons to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Luxuwin LTD may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in any current or future competition, and furthermore, Luxuwin LTD may, at its sole discretion, ban you from using our platform. Luxuwin LTD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, void, or amend any competition where it becomes necessary.
15. Service Level and Interruption
15.1. a- You agree that there may be occasional interruptions to our platform for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, emergency repairs, or due to failures of telecommunications services and equipment that are beyond Luxuwin LTD’s control.
15.2. b- Luxuwin LTD will make every effort to ensure that our platform remains accessible and usable in accordance with these terms and conditions. However, you acknowledge that Luxuwin LTD does not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times, nor that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
16. Advertising and Announcement
16.1. a- If requested by Luxuwin LTD, winners must provide all services related to advertising concerning both the competition and Luxuwin LTD as reasonably requested by Luxuwin LTD (during the competition and after its conclusion), including, without limitation, conducting interviews and promotional recordings for social media, news outlets, and television programs, and making advertising-related posts on the winner’s social media platforms (if applicable) under Luxuwin LTD’s direction.
16.2. b-Each winner agrees that Luxuwin LTD may use their name, photo, or image for advertising or other commercial purposes at any time for a period of five (5) years after the end date of the competition. The use of the name, photo, or image of the host and/or winner will not be considered an invasion of the winner’s privacy or a violation of any property rights the winner may have; and the winner will not receive any additional compensation if their name, photo, or image is used in this manner. Winners further agree that all negatives, prints, or other materials created for printing or reproduction purposes in connection with Luxuwin LTD’s use of their name, photo, or image will be and remain the exclusive property of Luxuwin LTD.
17. Entire Agreement
17.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Luxuwin LTD and you. All prior agreements, promises, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of these terms and conditions are superseded and extinguished.
18. Waiver
18.1 The failure of Luxuwin LTD to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided by law does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict any further exercise of that right or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that right or any other right or remedy.
19. Severability
19.1. If any provision or part-provision of the Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
20. Third-Party Rights
20.1. These terms and conditions do not confer any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of their terms.
21. Governing Law
21.1. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
22. Jurisdiction
22.1. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or their subject matter.
Section 2 : Prohibited Items
Before publishing your competition, ensure that the prizes are permitted on Luxuwin and verify if there are specific rules and conditions on how they should be listed. The following items cannot be offered as prizes on Luxuwin :
- Weapons : Firearms, ammunition, and other related items, including but not limited to firearms, disguised knives, switchblades, martial arts weapons, silencers, ammunition, and tear gas.
- Pyrotechnics and Hazardous Materials : Fireworks and related products. Toxic, flammable, and radioactive substances, gunpowder, and explosives.
- Pornographic Material and Services Pornography and escort or dating services. Pornographic material involving minors or any content that could be considered pedophilia.
- Medications and Parapharmaceutical Compounds : Regulated substances, drugs, illegal drugs, and drug paraphernalia, including psychoactive and plant-based drugs such as salvia and magic mushrooms, and any material intended to promote their use. Legal substances such as plants or herbs that, when ingested, inhaled, extracted, or used in any way, produce effects similar to those of illegal drugs.
- Gambling : Lotteries, unlicensed sports betting, direct-entry games related to gambling, and any other related content.
- Electronic Money Products and Services : Electronic money cards and any other associated products and services.
- Financial Services and Payment Instruments : Crowdfunding services, Bitcoin trading, and similar financial services.
- Precious Materials : Bulk sale of rare or precious metals or stones.
- Prescription Medications and Medical Devices : Medications or other products requiring a prescription from a licensed physician or veterinarian.
- Medical devices requiring a special license for distribution. Medications tested as medical aids.
- Miracle Treatments : Treatments or other quick health solutions without scientific basis.
- Mass Marketing Tools : Email lists, software, or other products enabling the sending of unsolicited electronic messages (spam).
- Animal and Plant Seeds : Animal parts, blood, or fluids, and toxic weeds. All plant seeds or other organisms, including those that are endangered or protected by law, are prohibited.
- Copyrighted Material and Software : Copies of books, music, films, and any other unlicensed material, including unauthorized copies of software, video games, and more.
- Counterfeits or Imitations : Copies or imitations of designer products and objects. Uncertified celebrity autographs. Counterfeits, coins, stamps, banknotes, and others.
- Devices or Techniques for Bypassing Technical Protection : Measures Mod chips or other devices that bypass technical protection measures of digital devices, including unlocking iPhones.
- Financial Products or Services : Investments, debt refinancing or collection, stock market disbursements, payment orders, traveler’s checks, stocks, bonds, or other related financial products, securities, collective investment schemes, credit services, or services regulated or prohibited under applicable laws.
- Identification Cards, Government Documents, or Uniforms : Identity cards, passports, diplomas, titles of nobility, and uniforms.
- Hacking and Cracking Materials : Manuals, guides, information, or equipment that violate laws, compromise, or enable unauthorized access to software, servers, web pages, or other protected elements.
- Human Body Parts : Organs or other human body parts, bodily fluids, stem cells, embryos.
- Stolen Items : Materials, products, or information intended to promote illicit goods or acts, distribution of goods that they do not own or for which they have no selling power, as well as products made in violation of third-party rights.
- Illegal Telecommunications Equipment : Devices intended for unauthorized acquisition of cable and satellite signals. Cable decoders, black boxes, access cards, chip access cards, decoders, illegal mobile phone modification tools or products, deemed illegal by the relevant regulatory authorities in the country where these goods are offered for sale.
- Multi-Level Marketing and Wealth Creation Programs : Multi-level marketing (including online payment randomizers), matrix systems, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, wealth creation programs, and all similar programs.
- Offensive Goods : Goods, literature, products, or other materials that: Defame or slander a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, or other factors. Defame or slander any person or group protected against defamation or slander by applicable law. Encourage or incite acts of violence. Promote sectarianism and hatred. Encourage or support participation in terrorist groups or other organizations prohibited by law. Promote revisionist theories prohibited by current legislation. Violate recognized moral principles.
- Criminal Items : Photographs, images, or objects associated with criminals or criminal acts, such as personal effects related to criminal activities.
- Adjustable Goods : Inflatable cushions and batteries containing mercury, freon, or similar cooling substances, chemical and industrial solvents, medical procedures. Vehicle titles, license plates, police badges, medical devices, pesticides, insecticides, etc.
- Cultural Property and Protected Artworks : Material covered by the UNESCO Convention of 1970 on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export, and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, as well as any other property whose sale, export, or transport is restricted by law. Artifacts, cave formations (e.g., speleothems, stalactites, stalagmites), and tombs related to objects protected by national and federal laws.
- Traffic Devices : Radar jammers, traffic signs, traffic light converters, and related products.
- Academic Documents and Test Preparation Services : Dissertations and academic papers. Offers for exam preparation services.
- Reporting Violations : If you notice a competition that does not comply with Luxuwin’s rules, please report it by clicking the “Report” link associated with the competition or by emailing us at [email protected]. When a rule violation occurs, we will notify the organizer and participants by email that the competition has been removed from Luxuwin. All participants who purchased tickets for the draw will have their accounts credited.
